No, the sourcing of ingredients to curate your unique experience is all done by the Chef. High quality ingredients are always at the forefront of my cooking.

No, the setting of the dinning area and the cleanup of the kitchen and dinning area that follows is taken care of by me.
If hosts prefer to use their own settings, provided there is enough per course I am more than happy to use them. If you wish to add on the personalized touch of different settings, or are unable to provide the appropriate amount of settings, I am able to provide. I use the website Plate Occasions and charge the same as their prices listed. Many event planners use this website and may charge you on top of the websites price however, for full efficiency of my part of the event it is the price as listed on the website at the time of rental.
The night of the event I come with 90% of the items prepared with some last minute cooking that must occur on site. My expected arrival is always a few hours before as I require time for set up before your guest arrive. Whether I arrive solo or with my team you can expect the outmost respect for you and your event area.
Deposits of 40% are required to book a date and secure it for your event. They may be paid via e-transfer and will be fully refundable ONLY up to 14 days before the event.
Cancellations 72 hours before the event must cover groceries, staff, any extra added on services and labour.
When the deposit is received your date will then be confirmed.
The remaining balance must be paid the day before or the day of the event, no exceptions.
Cash, e-transfer or cheque are all acceptable payments. All payments will be taxed as this is a part of a service fee. Invoices will be sent.
Some events may require staff and is up to the fair discretion of the Chef.
Staff in addition to a Chef may be crucial to ensure an efficient event.
Each additional Staff are to be paid a flat rate of $200.00
