Born and raised in Woodbridge, Ontario I come from an Italian family that is rooted in tradition.  

Italian cuisine, traditions and techniques are the roots of my heritage and culinary experiences. The classical dishes of Italian culture thrive in their unique adaptability of transforming their flavours through fusion. Influences of other cultures flavours are prominent in my dishes. 

Backed by a Bachelors of Commerce in Culinary Management, I have gained insight into the creative and business oriented sides of the culinary industry. 

My early experiences of training and cooking alongside some of the most respected Chefs in Toronto has driven my passion for the industry. Influenced by the teachings, I have developed many skills and differing perspectives through Italian cuisine.

My experiences of cooking for large groups of 20+ guests and working closely with families has allowed me to develop customized services and menus that suit a wide range of needs. Working closely with families in their daily lives has helped me to become the personable Chef that I am today. From intimate dinner parties to large gatherings, I am able to provide you with your uniquely curated experience.
